I have an exciting Temporary opportunity (with the possibility of a Fixed Term Contract) for an experienced Warranty Administrator near Minworth. This impressive office is bustling, bright and spacious with fantastic views. There is a subsidised canteen on site and free parking.

The duties include; 

Processing high volume warranty claims
Resolving queries and problems
Collecting claim support evidence
Correcting and resubmitting claims

The ideal candidate for this role will have; 

Experience working in a warranty or claims role - particularly within Automotive Sector
Great IT skill in particular MS Office
Strong customer service skills
Excellent written and verbal skills
GCSE in Maths and English

This role is Monday to Friday with a 37.5 hour week and the hourly pay is £10.50 per hour paid weekly in arrears. The company offer a generous package which can be utilised once you are on the Fixed Term Contract. Due to the location you must be able to drive with full access to a vehicle. For the right person this role could be a long term opportunity.
