Are you an experienced pension's administrator looking to develop your career?

Do you have experience administering SIPP and SSAS scheme's?

If so, I would like to hear from you. I am currently looking for a SIPP Consultant to join a well established Pension Administrator based in Stirling.

The main responsibilities of the role will include:-

• To provide an excellent Customer Service to all our clients
• To Manage a Portfolio of SSAS’s or SIPP’s the key areas being
→ To meet and exceed on Customer Expectations whilst maintaining department Service Standards
→ Portfolio is run in accordance with Fee Management principles
→ Completion of Pension Scheme Returns
• Ensure the Quality of your work is of a very high standard and meets Department Standards
• Work as part of a team and provide coaching and guidance to fellow colleagues
• Participate in any Project Work and Team Meetings
• Ensure that all customer requests are logged and dealt with appropriately
• Provide customers with clear information and documentation when requested
• Have an awareness of all types of Self Investment : the initial aspects of Member Benefits including Transfers, Retirements, Deaths, Divorce, Protection, Lifetime and Annual Allowance
• Use Portfolio Management Information to ensure you understand more about your clients needs
• Actively update SSASMAN or Swift plus all relevant databases

Essential Skills Required:-

• Organised methodical & logical approach to Portfolio Management and Problem Solving
• Good time management skills
• Can do attitude and takes pride in work
• Ability to work in a team towards targets
• Must have excellent communication skills
