I am presently recruiting for a Payroll Administrator to join an established payroll team in a marketing leading company in Birkenhead.  The successful applicant will be processing both weekly and monthly payroll.

This is a 30 hour contract but in busy periods and to cover sickness full time maybe required.

Key Duties:
- Processing weekly and monthly payroll up to 200 at anyone time
- Process accurate entry of new starters and leavers
- Ensure compliance with auto-enrollment /NEST
- Compliant with employment legislation in terms of SSP/SMP etc calculations and payments
- Produce and check pay slips (weekly & monthly)
- Production of requested reports by the HR manager on itens much as sickness/overtime
- Help out with adhoc HR tasks

Experience Needed:
- Minimum of 2 years payroll experience
- Working knowledge of Sage 50
- Knowledge of tax codes and NI letters and their meanings
- Flexibility in working hours
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
