Are you seeking a part-time role?

My client is an IFA based in the Dunfermline area who is seeking a Part-time IFA Administrator (18-20 hours per week)

Responsibilities –
Provide Admin Support to Financial Adviser
Process new business applications
Administration of a variety of Financial Services products, Investments, Pensions, Life products.
Obtain valuations for client reviews
Request policy information from third party policy providers and issue policy documents to clients
Coordinate and produce client valuations
Answer client queries via telephone and email
Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and 3rd parties
