My client based in Epsom are recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their team. You will be responsible for handling enquiries from customers via email and the telephone who are reporting issues/faults with their goods. Responsibilities will include:
- Uploading pictures and documents to the system, linking the complaint to the customers original order
- Investigate the fault using manuals
- Order spare parts
- Pick and wrap small parts for dispatch from warehouse
- Contact suppliers for support if required
- Schedule technical engineers to attend site
- Close completed jobs on the system and file paperwork

You will have previous customer service experience within a role where you have been responsible for ordering parts and booking engineers. 
It is essential that you are computer literate and confident working with CRM systems and spreadsheets. You will have a confident phone manner, and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. It is important that you are organised and a good logistical understanding to book customer on-site visits. 

Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm
