Do you have strong complaint handling and financial services experience?

Reed is working in partnership with the UK’s leading outsourcing organisation to recruit for Complaints/Case Managers to join a team in Normanton. This is a permanent position starting on 15th January 2018.

Role Responsibilities

This is a Compliants/Case Manager position with one of the UK's leading banking groups. Your day to day role will be to provide consistently fair outcomes to customers who have raised a complaint, by carefully investigating all aspects of the case and preparing a response that is in line with business policies and regulations.

You will make & receive calls from customers to gather further information. You will be the first point of contact for the customer and you will demonstrate a high level of empathy whilst discussing their complaint. You will log allocated cases onto the system ensuring all information is available and accurate.
You will be working on the phone, carrying out administration on various back office systems, and using various IT systems to help
service the customer so it's essential that you're comfortable working on the phone and are computer literate. Previous experience of
handling complex customer complaints is essential and experience of working within Financial Services is highly desirable.

Hours of Work
You will be working 35 hours per week (full time) on a shift pattern between the hours of 8am – 4pm Monday to Friday.

Salary
This position offers an excellent salary upto £25,000 per annum, depending on the level of your experience within complaints and financial services.
