Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 depending on experience

Location: Wimbledon, London

The Candidate and Responsibilities

To be responsible for day to day management and upsell of existing and new Broadcast Post customers
Providing tracking and usage information both for internal use and clients
Handling customer new production requests from start to end
Provide after-sales support and on-going service to retain customers
Ensure prompt and accurate answers to clients’ queries
Build strong client relationships, through regular communication and site visits where necessary
Report on the status of accounts to line and senior management team
Track Usage at month end and liaise with finance for month end billing
Learn the NLE system and build confidence to help with 1/2nd line adhoc queries.
Suggest company products/services that maximize client satisfaction
Communicate product and pricing details clearly
Promote new products/services to existing customers
Updating of accurate CRM information (Salesforce)
Pipeline to be up to date at all times
Track user statistics to both clients and finance team
You will act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant departments, Operations, Accounts, Technical Support and SMT (Senior Management Team)
Reporting into Head of Operations and Customer Success



The successful Assistant Account Manager will have the following qualifications, skills / experience -

A recent graduate, with a Media or Technology related Degree education
Highly numerate, with accuracy of reporting
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Customer focused, with an open and friendly manner,
A ‘can do’ approach to customer interactions
Ability to build strong relationships
Can demonstrate high levels of competencies
Self-motivated and career minded
Able to take guidance and learn quickly
Aptitude toward understanding new technologies and solutions
Desire to achieve and exceed targets
Results orientated
High degree of professionalism
Good time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude
Good IT skills, (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Keynote)
Organized approach to working
