Product Service Specialist – Center of Excellence

Our Client, headquartered in Spain, has created an innovative portfolio of non-invasive lasers and cryoadipolisis devices for both clinics and med-spas. All products have been developed by the company’s in-house R&D team and are produced at the company’s own facility in Sofia, Bulgaria. The company has direct commercial operations in Europe, Latin America, Hong Kong and the US, and in addition manages a network of over 60 distributors.

For the office in Sofia, we are looking for an experienced Product Service Specialist – Center of Excellence.

Scope:

  • Propose Quality improvements to existing products and functionality of installed base.
  • Knowledge champion, act as knowledge reference within service organization.
  • Act as liaison between Service and R&D, Clinical Department and Production.
  • Problem Solving Process for all products to ensure proper functionality of installed base and quality improvements.
  • Set up an updated Service documentation repository.

Responsibilities:

OPERATIONAL:

  • Fill diagnose sheets with all needed actions to be done in Refurbished Production Line to equipment’s received from field. Monitor production orders/service notifications opened for refurbishment process.
  • Ensure serviceability of products (R&D), support to production processes and technical report for Clinical Incidences.
  • Support to Clinical Department for technical analysis of clinical incidences.

QUALITY:

  • Problem Solving Process owner to gather, analyze and unveil sustainable countermeasures to incidences in field (service notifications).
  • Field Action Notices & Field Safety Notices campaigns implementation.

STANDARIZARION AND TRAINING:

  • Knowledge management - set up an updated Service documentation repository.
  • Training, Certification and Audit model owner: Training materials; Skills Matrix owner assessing global service force; Train to regional service/supervisors “Train The Trainers”.
  • Liaison with R&D for service manuals.

Requirements:

  • MUST: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • MUST: Experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, and/or electronic equipment.
  • MUST: Good English and Bulgarian.
  • VALUABLE: Experience in Medical Devices Field & experience in regional role.
